Recruiting strategy
The difference between an athlete who gets recruited and one who does not is rarely talent. It is usually that one of them was in front of the right forty coaches and the other was in front of nobody.
- An honest evaluation of the division and conference level you can realistically play at
- A ranked target list of programs that need your position in your graduation year
- Film cut for coaches, not for social media, with the plays they actually evaluate first
- A camp and showcase calendar chosen for who attends, not for who advertises hardest
- Outreach written and sent to named position coaches, then followed up on schedule
- Visit planning, including the questions to ask that most families never think to ask
