Why small matters here

Large agencies are built around a handful of clients who generate most of the revenue. Everyone else is serviced by whoever is available. That model works fine if you are the handful. It works badly if you are a junior at a public high school in Suffolk County with real ability and no name recognition.

We keep the roster small enough that the person you meet is the person who answers when you call in March. That is not a marketing line, it is a constraint on how many athletes we can take.

What we believe about this business

• An honest evaluation is worth more than an optimistic one. Telling a family their son is a Division III athlete who could start as a freshman is more useful than telling them what they want to hear and watching them spend two years chasing something that was never there.
• Most careers are lost administratively. Transcripts, filing deadlines, missed contact windows. Not talent. We spend most of our time on the boring parts because that is where the damage happens.
• The athlete is not the product. We work for the athlete and the family, and we say no to deals that are good for us and bad for them. That has cost us money and it is the entire reason to hire a small firm.

The office

One Comac Loop, Unit 1A1, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Ten minutes from the LIE, and close enough to most of our families that we can sit at a kitchen table rather than a video call. For athletes outside the region, we work remotely and travel when it matters.

Who we work with

Athletes across sports, at every stage from high school through professional and post-career. Football and basketball are the loudest, but a large share of our work is in sports where the road to a roster spot runs through club programs, showcases and a coach who has never seen you play in person. Those athletes usually need more help, not less.
